LS sigmaWe understand the importance of ensuring that every single package reaches your customers on time and undamaged.  To achieve this goal, we have implemented a Continual Improvement Program to bring quality assurance to every step in the logistics process, from receipt of shipments through proof-of-delivery.

 

Our aim is to remove the causes of errors and improve on-time performance by:

  • GPS monitoring of shipments
  • Detailed data capture of every delivery issue
  • Analysis of issues to identify patterns
  • Daily conference calls with all operational managers to address issues
  • Minimizing variability in Standard Operating Procedures
  • Operations Team training

LaserShip is committed to delivering a quality service to all our customers.  To that end, we are in the process of working towards Lean 6 Sigma certification.
