When a delivery is marked as “attempted” it means that the package was loaded onto a vehicle, but we were unable to deliver it to the final destination. This could be for several reasons, including issues with package safety, the delivery address, or accessing the delivery location. If your delivery is attempted, we will secure your package at our facility and re-attempt delivery the following business day. If there is an issue with the address, we will work with you and/or the retailer to update the address.

For security reasons, your seller will need to approve changes to your delivery address. Please contact your seller.
Please notify us by filling out our contact form. If tracking says your package is out for delivery, you may leave a note on the door requesting that your package not be delivered.

We have millions of packages to deliver and have routes available every day! As an independent contractor, you’ll make deliveries out of the comfort of your own car and have access to LaserShip’s proprietary delivery phone application, eli(pronounced el- ee), which allows you to make many deliveries quickly and efficiently. You’ll receive weekly direct deposits of your earnings, and there are always opportunities to grow your business by either increasing the number of packages you deliver or by growing your own fleet as a master contractor.
