Package Tracking:

Help! I can’t find my package!

I don’t have a tracking number. What do I do?

We recommend contacting your retailer to request a tracking number.


What does “attempted” mean? No one came to my house, and I was home all day.

When a delivery is marked as “attempted” it means that the package was loaded onto a vehicle, but we were unable to deliver it to the final destination. This could be for several reasons, including issues with package safety, the delivery address, or accessing the delivery location. If your delivery is attempted, we will secure your package at our facility and re-attempt delivery the following business day. If there is an issue with the address, we will work with you and/or the retailer to update the address.


What do I do if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?

We’re happy to help, and in this case will open an investigation to try to locate your package. Please message our chatbot, Codee, on our home page, fill out our contact form, or email shipassist@lasership.com with your tracking number and delivery details.


When does LaserShip deliver?

LaserShip delivers packages to residences Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. and until 5 p.m. to business addresses.

Does LaserShip deliver on weekends?

Select service areas provide deliveries Saturdays 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.


Can I pick up my package at one of your facilities?

You may request to pick up your package at a local delivery facility by calling our customer service department: (804)-414-2590


Can I change my delivery address once it has shipped?

Most often your seller will need to approve changes, but please let us know there might be an issue with the delivery address by filling our contact form or calling (804)-414-2590.


I no longer want to receive my package. What can I do?

Please notify us by filling out our contact form. If tracking says your package is out for delivery, you may leave a note on the door requesting that your package not be delivered.

Can I contract with LaserShip to deliver packages?

Yes! At LaserShip, there are many opportunities available for drivers who are not only passionate about delivering packages, but also excited about providing a great customer experience. Our customers have high standards that they expect contractors to maintain, like carrying appropriate levels of vehicle insurance and having a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report. What are the benefits of partnering with LaserShip as an independent contractor to deliver packages?

We have millions of packages to deliver and have routes available every day! As an independent contractor, you’ll make deliveries out of the comfort of your own car and have access to LaserShip’s proprietary delivery phone application, eli(pronounced el- ee), which allows you to make many deliveries quickly and efficiently. You’ll receive weekly direct deposits of your earnings, and there are always opportunities to grow your business by either increasing the number of packages you deliver or by growing your own fleet as a master contractor. LaserShip currently partners with more than 600 master contractors who own fleets ranging in size to help deliver packages for LaserShip—some of which have been part of the LaserShip delivery team for more than 25 years!


What is required to partner with LaserShip as an independent contractor to deliver packages?

LaserShip partners with safe drivers who are committed to providing an excellent last-mile delivery experience. To begin the process of partnering as an independent contractor, you must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, smartphone, vehicle registration, and insurance.
